Become an Avon Sales Leader

By becoming an Avon Sales Leader, you can earn commission from every Sales Representative you recruit.

What is more, you also receive a Fast Start Bonus.

Step 1 – Earns you £30
Sign up three Representatives, who place their first order in the campaign that you appoint them, on time and above the minimum order value, by your 2nd campaign as a Sales Leader.

Step 2 – Earns you a further £50
Reach Sales Leader Status (Level 1) by your 3rd campaign. This means you need a total of 5 Representatives placing qualifying orders with total Award Sales of £600 or more, by your 3rd campaign.

Step 3 – Earn even more with the mentoring bonus
Achieve this when you coach and train (mentor) your 1st generation team to become Sales Leaders. You will receive £50 for each team member who achieves Step 2

You will not only earn from the people you recruit. If any of your team become Sales Leaders, you receive commission from their Representatives too.

As Sales Leader you will build your own team of Representatives and other Sales Leaders and teach them to do the same. If the team you recruit is keen and proactive, you get rewarded for their efforts.

Typically you will earn between 3% and 12% commission from their sales, depending on the size of your team.

Full training and support are provided by your local Sales Leader or Area Manager.
