AVON's Sales Leadership can fit around your lifestyle, work the hours that suit you.

There are no targets to reach, you work at your own pace although the more time and effort you put in the more you can earn.

There are different levels of Sales Leadership and you could earn between 2% and 12% from your teams sales.  

AVON has a Business Development Bonus where you can earn cash bonuses of up to £6,070.  There are lots of incentives run throughout the year, some of the prizes include holidays, cars, invitations to exclusive events or it may be just a demo pack but whatever the prize it feels good to be recognised for your achievements.

Full training and support are given.
